General Requirements 通用与技术规范

24×7 NOC: Peers must maintain a responsive NOC email contact for operations and routing alerts. 24×7 运维联络：互联网络必须维护响应及时的网络运维中心（NOC）邮箱通道。

No Default Routes: Peers shall not configure default routes or last-resort gateways toward our peering sessions. 禁止默认路由：互联双方不得向对等互联会话指向默认路由（Default Route）或兜底网关。

Route Hygiene: We enforce RPKI origin validation and IRR filtering to eliminate route leaks. 路由防泄漏：我们全面实施基于 RPKI 起源验证与 IRR 的严格路由过滤，杜绝路由泄漏。

Open Peering: No formal contract required; peering is granted to all legitimate networks on a settlement-free basis. 开放互联：无需签署繁琐书面合同，对所有合规网络提供开放且无偿（Settlement-free）的互联。

No Ratio Constraint: We impose no ratio requirements between inbound and outbound traffic. 无流量比限制：不对互联双方的进出流量比率（Traffic Ratio）设立任何强制限制。

Flexible Footprint: Multi-facility presence is not required to peer with AS151245. 单点接入支持：无需在多个物理站点同时具备 PoP 节点接入能力，单节点即可对等。
